Upon acquiring the Hotel Le Fitz Roy, Beaumier Group set about reimagining what an alpine-chic, ski-in ski-out experience should look like. Through a complete renovation of the public spaces and guest rooms, French gastronomy and après-ski culture have been reintroduced to this historic hotel.

Revisiting 1970s ski culture through historic photography of the Les 3 Vallées, the design team embraced a rich palette of deeply colored plastered walls, jewel-tone upholstery and expressive stone countertops to deliver a apres-ski sanctuary and updated mountainside accommodation.

Custom rattan amenity stations and bespoke furnishings were designed in collaboration with Chelsea Upholsters. An element of glamour was introduced through the Murano glass lighting from Sogni di Cristallo and Peruvian alpaca shearlings draped over chair backs. Key vintage pieces were sourced at antiques markets throughout Europe.
